1) 7-Day Return Window
- You have 7 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange.  

Conditions
  - Items must be *unused, unwashed, and in original packaging* with tags attached.  
  - Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is required.  
  - Policy Limitation:  Each customer is eligible for  one return/refund request per order. Repeated requests may require additional verification & not acceptable. 

 

2) How to Initiate a Return/Exchange*

- Log in to your account on [www.grfashion.co.in]
- Go to account → orders → request return
- Provide details (reason, preferred size/color for exchange).

Step 2: Self-Ship the Product
-Important Customers must self-ship the item to our warehouse.  
  - Pack the product securely in its original packaging.  
  - Ship to:  
    GRFashion Returns
    [Insert Warehouse Address Here]  
  -Always use a trackable courier** (e.g., Delivery, India Post, DTDC) and retain the tracking number.  

Step 3: Resolution
- We inspect returns within *3–5 business days* of receipt. If approved, your refund/exchange is processed immediately along with your courier charges..

 

3) Refund Options
- Original Payment Method: Refunds processed within 7–10 business days (varies by bank).  

 

4) Exchanges
- Free size/color exchanges within 7 days (excludes return shipping costs).  
- New item shipped once the returned product is approved.  

 

5) Non-Returnable Items
- Accessories, personalized/customized products.  
- Damaged/misused items (e.g., stains, removed tags).  

 

6) Self-Ship Responsibility
- Customers bear return/exchange shipping costs.  
Lost in transit? We’re not liable for untracked shipments.  

 

7) Defective or Damaged Items?

- Provide images of the issue for a replacement/refund.
